Delete your account and everything in it

This cannot be undone. Export first if you want a copy.

• Every job in your account and your whole price book are removed for good, and your sign-in goes with them.
• Workbooks and proposals you have already downloaded are not affected. They are files on your own machine.
• If a paid subscription is still running we keep the sign-in until you cancel it, and we tell you so. Nothing here can stop a card being charged, and an account we closed underneath a live one would leave that charge with nothing on our side to trace it to. Your jobs and your price book still go.

We don't recognize this work order

We can still read it, but not on our own server. Reading an unfamiliar layout means sending the text of this document to our AI provider. Formats we already recognize never leave our server. Your document is not stored either way, and we check every line item against the total printed on your document before building anything.

One thing is kept. When you build a work order this way, we write a single audit row for it: a one-way digest of the file name rather than the name itself, how many line items you approved, what they added up to, what your document printed as its total, whether those two figures agreed, and whether you ticked the box saying you knew they did not. No line items, no address, no document. We keep it for three years, because it is the record that you saw these numbers before you used them. Our privacy page lists the same fields in the same words.
